Jerry Burnett joined The Property Exchange in Cheyenne, Wyoming in 2003, as their farm and ranch specialist. Jerry is unique by also having a Colorado Real Estate license. While a large part of his business is in farm and ranch real estate, Jerry is also available to work with you in the buying and selling of residential properties.

Jerry has been involved in agriculture for over 32 years, operating a farm and ranch with his wife and two sons near Grover, Colorado.

During this time, Jerry has been involved in a number of real-estate transactions, as both a buyer and as a seller.

Because of this experience, he is able to understand the needs of both the buyer and the seller, giving them each the information and guidance they need to make wise decisions. Because of his close, life-long relationship with the land, he is uniquely able to present properties to their best advantage.

A goal of mine has been realized, as our sons have come back from college to become capable managers of our agricultural operation, Burnett Land & Livestock.

My wife Margaret and I have been farming & ranching since the beginning of our marriage in 1971. Our sons, Jeff and Jay have been a part of the operation since they were old enough to drive a tractor and feed cattle.

Both boys earned Bachelor of Science Degrees in Agriculture and are now operating partners in our family business.

The time is right for me to pursue another long time career goal, to work with people in the buying and selling of their real estate.

I joined The Property Exchange, now COLDWELL BANKER, THE PROPERTY EXCHANGE in Cheyenne, WY, as their farm and ranch specialist. I am also licensed in Colorado. While a large part of my business will be in farm and ranch real estate, I am also available to work with you in the buying and selling of residential properties.
